OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!
Big news for everyone out there who is as obsessed with the show Avatar: The Last Airbender as I am: THEY ARE MAKING A NEW SHOW. It's a spinoff series to the original Airbender and it's called The Legend of Korra.
The story takes place seventy years in the future with new characters and settings. Korra, the new avatar after Aang, is a hot-headed and rebellious young woman from the Southern Water Tribe. She must face trouble in the form of an anti-bender revolt and learn her last element air from Aang and Katara's song, Tenzin.
I'M SO EXCITED!!!!
The world of Avatar and everything in it was so rich with history, just like a true land is and should be. From a literary perspective, it has everything: well-developed characters, a complex plot with many subplots and twists, and realistic settings with HISTORY. Not many TV shows have that. Actually, I can't think of anything else that has that. So there you are. Anyone willing to argue this point with me, write your comments down, and I will happily enter a debate with you. Just be warned that I don't play nice. :D

Below is the picture of the city where most of the story will take place.
